A memory I don't ever want to forget is when my cousin from Malaysia came to visit my family in Australia a few years ago. He's the funniest, kindest person imaginable, but he had a near-drowning experience and now he can't talk or do much for himself. But I will always remember his cheerful, smiling face when he came to visit.

I don't want to lose the memory of feeling happiness. I've just been reading Delirium (re-reading) and it just poses that question to me, how this procedure that has been designed to cure this disease that is love, but in the process you lose the ability to FEEL. And that is what I never want to forget. Just the overall feeling of being happy.

One of the memories I wouldn't want to lose is being on a swing set in summer, trying to get higher and higher, while knowing there's no way you could get all the way around.
But that's just one of many.....

I don't want to lose the memory of when my husband asked me to marry him. It was very unexpected. I thought he'd changed his mind. It wasn't the words, but the feeling that he really loved me that much. (He might not have asked knowing now what he didn't know then).

I liked on Facebook and I am now following your blog.

I never want to forget the day my niece was born. She was just so tiny and wrinkly, and she filled me up with so much joy that it seeped out through my tears.
